RSA Trust Inspiring Women - Business Programme

Are you a Woman Thinking of Starting a Business?

Looking for a challenge, but need help and support to get going?  

The RSA Trust Inspiring Women Programme is a unique, FREE 6 month scheme (starting in January 2014), which offers women the opportunity to gain the knowledge, skills and confidence to set up and run their own businesses successfully. 

In previous years this programme, which is delivered by Enterprise Enfield, has only been open to women resident in the London Borough of Enfield, however, this year we are offering 4 places to women in Waltham Forest.

The course includes:

·            business mentoring – expert advice and guidance
·            personal coaching
·            a range of business and personal development training seminars – covering all aspects of business including: marketing, business planning, bookkeeping, financial forecasting, communication skills, website development, social media etc
·            a residential weekend at a local hotel
·            networking and peer group support

All support is totally FREE as the scheme is sponsored by The RSA Trust. Full details of course sessions can be downloaded from the Enterprise Enfield website. 

Eligibility

To be eligible to apply for one of the four places on The RSA Trust Inspiring Women Programme, you must live in the London Borough of Waltham Forest, be looking to start a business before July 2014 and have attended one of the following free one day seminars:

Get the New Biz Know How on 21st October
or
Start Right in Business for Women Seminar on 14th October or 4th November.
Please note we only have 9 places available at these seminars for women in Waltham Forest – these will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Application Process

Once you have attended a seminar you can download the application form from the website and complete and return it before the deadline of 5pm on 11th November.  Selection of candidates will take place via application form and then interviews of selected candidates in November and early December 2013.
